🥳 Fun trivia question.

At what temperature does both Fahrenheit and Celsius equal same ambient temperature ?

Rules:
Only 1 guess
Do not use search engine
@Jeff_Hager no glide math 😛

Here is how to do the conversion

To convert temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit to Celsius, subtract 32 and multiply by .5556 (or 5/9).

40 c & 40 f I’m guessing

haha, Wiz wasn’t close at all!
40C is very hot, and 40F is very cold 😛

I’m thinking this is a trick question… I don’t think they can ever be equal.
I can recall learning (many many) years ago about the time we switched from F to C in Australia that a rough conversion from C to F is to double it and add 32. So given that, no matter what you have for C, F is going to be at _least_ 32 more…

I promise there is an answer. If you show your work you could have another guess 😇

oh, wait… I’m an idiot, hahaha 🤣

Using my own formula: -32 \* 2 + 32 = -32

duh! (that’s an approximation)

</div>

nah, that’s not right at all 😛

You use 32, not 30. And it’s not quite half. That’s why -32 is an approximation.

I learned this in school, but without doing any math or cheating, I’m gonna go with -20 or -25.
