It would be great to have a formula column like in Airtable, in order to be able to create in one column different scenarios using " if else " and other types of expressions, operators and formulas with Glide Tables.

Like this 👇

> **[Glide • If → Then → Else Column](https://www.glideapps.com/docs/reference/computed-columns/if-then-else-column)**
>
> Produce different values based on conditions.

@Rosewebstudio That works but in order to achieve something like A - B where you don’t know if the B value exists, you would have to create around 3 columns … if a formula field would be available, you would only need one.

Do you have a real world example? You can do a lot with an IF column, but sometimes you have to think creatively to get it right.

If all else fails, you still have a javascript column that can do much more complex comparisons.

Or like that

> Create complex relations in your data with conditional filtering, sorting and limits.
