# Form & Visibility - can you use a Choice to control entry fields?

You should be able to set a visibility condition on the “Hard Disk Status” based on the value selected in “Hard Disks”.

I’m not sure if screen values will be available in this context, you’d need to check.  
If not, you should be able to target “Hard Disks” at a user specific column, and then use that as a filter.

Wow, that was quick!  
Thanks, but I guess screen values will not be available in this context.  
Also, number of hard disks cannot be user specific here, so can’t use that either.

If I figure a solution, I will post an update here!

Can you explain why Hard Disks can’t be user specific?

What’s the wider context - is this part of a form submission, or are you just filtering a list view?
