This is what I have now for the row 2 for Biotin:  
=COUNTIF(D2:N2,TRUE)

Then I had it going down to infinity

The screen shot shows the next formula for Calcium. All the questions are to the left and I wanted to have the results of TRUE all together so I can see the scores.
