Hello, reaching out to ask help on what formula can I use to pull the number for a certain category that is in a dropdown list in the spreadsheet?

Or do I need to create a separate column for each category that I want to show in a graph in the app?

Thank you!

Would probably need to see screenshots to have a better understanding, but if you have a table that lists each category in one column, and it’s associated number in another column, then you can create a relation and lookup column to retrieve that number.

Or another solution could be to use an IF column to return the correct number for each category.
