Hi! I’m creating an app accessible to multiple organisers. These organisations can register new users on the application by entering few personal informations.  
I need to avoid that if an organiser insert USER A with FISCAL CODE USER A, other organisations can’t register the same user because it was already register by the other society.  
The verification standard is the fiscal code.
