# Filtering by email signed-in user not working for Google sign-in

I have used the filter by signed-in user for a public with email app.
It stores anonymous addresses.
For the Users sheet containing User profiles, to which I have connected the My Profile tab, I have used the filter email is signed-in user. I assumed that therefore, I will only be seeing the signed-in users data. But, it is not showing any item.
I check the Google sheet, it shows anonymous email. So, how would the filter work, if the signed-in users email is not present in the google sheet. Is that the reason, why filtering is not working.
