# File link error - "XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it."

Some documents uploaded to our app by users, are showing an error message when clicking on the upload link saying:  
“This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.”

I occassionally see this as well and not sure what’s the cause behind it. I think you should contact support to see what they say about this.
