When uploading a file in file component what types of files are ok and once uploaded can another member download the file?

I’m not sure which file extensions are allowed, but I imagine it’s quite a variety. You are given url for the file, so it all depends on how you present that url link. If you present the link to someone else, then yes, they can download the file.
