# Experiencing ~2s Load Times on iOS and Android

There are a few thread I received feedback from a couple of users complaining about speed saying it took about 2 seconds to switch tabs. One was onSamsung S8 Active. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is consistent with what google analytics is reporting:

To circle back, this is the response I got from george in a support ticket:

> Engineering is telling me that this is do to our computation engine and the various phone processors. The older the processor the slower it will be. We are working on a complete re-write of that part of the code but it is at a core level and will not be an easy “fix”. I don’t have any timeline to share but it is in our current quarterly cycle to address.
