# Error on Copying Templates in Glide

I have a template of a person I know, and he published a template. However, when I click on Copy in Glide, it never finishes loading and after like a couple of minutes, the loading animation will just disappear and nothing will happen.

From what I understand, that feature is broken. This is a known issue. It has been reported (from months ago). It will be a very nice feature when they get it working.
