# Error em SQL Server

Hi. This error appeared. How to solve?

There was an error running your query

An unknown error was encountered when connecting to database: 18.210.XXXXXX:XXXX, error: The TCP/IP connection to the host 18.210.XXX.XX, port XXXX has failed. Error: “The driver received an unexpected pre-login response. Verify the connection properties and check that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. This driver can be used only with SQL Server 2005 or later.”.

Hola Julana,

It appears that your MS SQL Server TCP/UDP port (default is 1433) is not open to accept remote connections or your server is using an older driver to work with Glide.
