# Error copying the app from another account

Good morning, I want to copy the app to another account but an error appears duplicating the app.  
I have tried to duplicate within my account and there are no problems.  
Problems appear when I try to copy from another account. I have tried to delete the blank rows but the problem continues.

Please any help or solution?

Hello!! The solution has been to delete 100% of rows and columns blank and … solved. Thank you !!!
