I’m trying to create a new app and pull data from my google sheet. When I try doing so, I get an error (see screenshot). I’ve tried disabling extensions, incognito, a different browser entirely… I don’t know what else to do! Please help!! This issue is usually resolved by clearing all Google related cookies. ---

I’m surprised that clearing Google cookies does not fix it. Are you 100% certain you cleared _all_ Google related cookies? Note that cookies and cache are not the same. To be 100% sure, I would suggest the following, in sequence: - sign out of Glide - sign out of Google - empty browser cache - delete all cookies - sign back into Google - sign back into Glide - open App and try to connect Google Sheet again ---

hmm, okay. Lets check a few more things: - are you using the same account to sign in to both Google and Glide? - do you have edit rights to the Google Spreadsheet you are trying to connect? - what happens if you create a new Google Spreadsheet and try to connect that? ---

- I am using the same account to log into both, - I do have edit rights to the google sheet I’m trying to connect… - Whether I create a new google spreadsheet or not, it won’t make any difference because it’s my entire account that’s not connecting… I’m not even getting to the point where I can select a sheet! ---

Okay, I’m out of ideas. At this point I think I’d suggest reaching out to Glide Support, assuming that you have a paid plan. ---

I found the fix. Had the same issue, and tried everything and opening a new incognito tab and only logging into glide helped to fix the issue ---

I’ve tried this as well but to no avail. Any other options? This is what I am doing so far: New App → Google Sheets → Import Google Sheet Once → 403 Error. Thanks! ---

Here are the steps to troubleshoot Step 1: Make sure the Google sheet and the Glide account have the same Google Email as editor. Step 2: disconnect and connect again to Glide using Google fast login ---

I had the same issue as everyone else and clearing cookies didn’t work. I just figured this out and it worked for me: 1. Go to your Google account 2. Go to Manage your Google account 3. Go to Security (left menu panel) 4. Scroll down to ‘Your connections to third-party apps & services’ 5. Find Glide and click it 6. Click ‘Delete all connections you have with Glide’ 7. Go back to Glide, log in with your Google account, then upload spreadsheet, and it will request access again. It’s the only thing that worked for me. Good luck! ---
