Hello Glide Community!

I’m reaching out to share some insights from our experience developing the [**Sol-A**](https://beta.sol-a.app/). app.

We’ve encountered challenges, particularly in optimizing the app’s performance, notably in the design aspect. Our app heavily relies on design elements like dynamically loading components (e.g., showing/hiding GIFs) and toggling the visibility of information, which currently necessitates setting column values or using increment actions.

In my view, for Glide to truly excel as a platform for crafting innovative and engaging apps, enhancing its design capabilities is crucial. A key improvement I propose is the introduction of design elements that can be triggered more seamlessly, without the need for additional actions that currently consume a significant portion of our app’s resources.

Implementing such features would not only streamline the user experience but also open up new possibilities for app design on Glide. I believe this enhancement would be a valuable addition to Glide’s toolkit and greatly benefit the developer community.
