# Email

When sending an email it says it uses 1 update, but if I send it to 5 different email address (to, cc, bcc) is that still 1 update, and then is there a limits I need to be aware of ?

My use case is purely transactional (sending out quotes)

The Send Email updates are used per triggered send action.

Sending 1 email (to any number of recipients) = 1 update  
Sending 5 different emails (to any number of recipients) = 5 updates
