I have created a workflow to send email in the On Submit from a Form. The email is not receive. The To Section has an email of the applicant. There is a bcc to and bcc did not receive any of the email. I just only realize it lately that sending email using a form submit is not working, is this an expected behavior? I need to mention as well that USED BY is empty is this normal for a Form Submit ? Because on my other button I use to submit an email it indicates that this workflow is in used by that button. Did you assign that workflow as an on submit action in your form? If you did, my next guess would maybe be row owners. I will have a look on that one, thank you. I manage to sovled it base on @Jeff_Hager refference post. I added a wait delay on top of my workflow and it work and send the email =) Thank you Jeff ---
