# Email from No dropdown & Insert formulas

I need to send an email out to an individual in my googlesheet when a No is selected in a dropdown menu. Also, how to bring in formulas from a spreadsheet once it is in googlemaps. Any help would be appreciated. I did open a Zapier account but have no idea how to use it. 🙂
