# Elements not showing in safari

Hi, there seems to be a bug in my app. The sign up screen is meant to show a few elements for users to input name and country and email of coach, however when I open the app on safari both on iphone or mac they don’t show up. It seems to be working fine on chrome.

Any help would be much appreciated! 🙂

Hi @rafa

Do you have a link to the app? How does the app look on Chrome?

Have you checked any visibility conditions?

Hi @SantiagoPerez ,

The sign in page works fine on chrome. Yes I double checked the visibility conditions as well.

@SantiagoPerez - I found the issue! I needed to make sign in screen required. I’m not sure when I changed it to optional, I must have been exploring things and not changed it back. 🙂
