# Duplicating sheet which option is best?

Which option is best to choose if I want to create a backup and save a version of my app in time? If I make edits to the spreadsheet, I am ok with them not going to this backup app. I want it frozen in time.

When you have a disaster you are going to need everything you can use to start over so you best option is **Copy the Sheet**!
