Does anyone have any suggestions about how to create a drop-down menu with google sheets to work with “glide”?

Can you describe more about your use case for this? Do you mean a dropdown like what it looks like with the “Choice” component?

I’m trying to build a fitness ap where the user can choose a category and then have a list of multiple variables to choose from. I’m open to trying anything but if I were just using excel or sheets it would simple be a drop down menu.

Example:  
Category Legs (choose one)

- Squats
- Lunges
- Bridges
- Step Ups

You can achieve the same result, but it’s a different way than you do it on Excel.
