# Downgraded my account- but error "usage limit"

I’ve downgraded my glide account to basic starter. I am trying to redirect viewers of my existing glide.app to a new URL. but I’m getting a “this app has reached it’s usage limit”. What to do?

i had more editors than the starter plan allows, and I also changed the number of apps published. still with error, possibly I have to wait 6 days until reset?

Most likely, yes.

Either that or upgrade.
