An app requires to create a text based on a condition that is found in a cell not containing text but an “if…then” element. The template element looks perfect to do that, but…
Reducing the real app to a simple example: Column “Condition” is _if value x \< y then “alarm”_. The column with the template has a text where #A is related to the Condition column.
Everything is ok, and on the template column it is possible to see the correct text, but if I want to display the content of the template cell on a tab (with a text element) it doesn’t work. The “if” part is gone. Any idea on how to do that?

Can you send us some screenshots of test data? I’m not sure I get the whole problem here.

Thanks for your help. I had problems with columns and references due to a bug that Glide is working on right now. You will know better than me, I believe! I fixed my sheet and now all is as I was planning to be. Please disregard my previous post.
Thanks again for your interest.
