# Disappearing data from Glideapps DB

Context:

- I have created a custom form, mapped the submit button to the corresponding DB and have created an action to “Create record”.
- The data does get stored, a success toast pops up, I get to view the data on a custom dashboard that I have built.
- And then, poof. The data I gone. I am left with empty rows of data.

Ask:

- Is this a Glide bug? Or is there something I’m missing here?

Could you share a screen of the action you built when clicking on “submit” in the form?
