I am trying to delete my custom app url so that I can use on another app I created. Whenever I try to delete, it just keeps repopulating in the custom app url field. How can I delete? ---

Are you talking about the Short URL or the Custom Domain? If you are talking about the Short URL, then try changing it to some obscure name instead of deleting it. ---
