Shouldnt the users count drop to 8? Cause I am trying to add a new user and that user is unable to login. Is this a bug? or am I missing something. (Im still on the free plan as we are testing out the App) ---

The counter will reset every month based on on billing period. ---

It is checking the number of different users that use the apps for that period. Not the number of rows in the user profiles table. ---

Ic ok. But Why is it that my new users that were added after deleting the old users are not able to login into the app? I assumed I had hit the maximum 10 free users threshold? ---

Correct. You must wait until the period reset, or upgrade your plan. ---
