So what problem are you having? Just the fact that date and time shows seconds in the picker component? Does it look any different on a phone? I don’t think there is much control in how the picker displays it. Setting the format in the data editor is more for how it displays in a text component or any other display type of component.

Yes, the “picked date/time” includes seconds. Guess that is how it works. I appreciate you comments about formatting date/time otherwise. Thank you.
