# Data Security Query / Assumption

Scenario: Glide app accesses Google Sheet. One tab is never written to by the app, only read. Does this mean that there is no way for the app to be “hacked” such that the tab could be written to?

I think as long as you don’t allow your data editor or your Sheet to be accessed by any other people then you’re good to go.
