@Mark That is exactly what happens to me! But only with the increase. And it happens regardless of whether this is a Glide board or a normal sheet.

Intrestingly this has been happening for me for some of my data columns. Sometimes data disappears and reappears by its self time and again.
As I speak, I have missing data which
Is there a permanant solution for this?

Just columns, but I’m noticing that its happening especially when I switch viewing as to see how the app behaves as a different person all together…
I find most users in the users sheet have vanished. When I change back to viwing as self ( my personal email is included in the users sheet) then it happens again

You are using User Specific columns for Role, First Name and Last Name.
It is expected that the data in those 3 columns will change and/or disappear as you switch viewing as users.
There is normally no reason to make those columns user specific.

Use Row Owners if you need to prevent users from seeing each others data.
Bob Petitto has a very good tutorial that explains the difference, and when you should use each. See below:
