# Data created on Glide disappears after a while

**Describe the bug:**
- Whenever I create data and save it on the Glide App, it syncs with Airtable as it should but after a while, the data disappears on the Glide App alone
**Expected behavior:**
- The data created should show both on Glide and Airtable but after a while, it disappears from Glide alone

Does the unexpected behavior happen both in the live app and the builder?
Have you tried disabling personalization features such as user-specific columns, roles, row ownership and filters to make sure the unexpected behavior is indeed a bug and not a configuration issue?

Yes, it happens both on the live app and the builder… The personalization features listed are currently disabled

You could do an advanced search in the community forum for posts related to Airtable, those might be useful to troubleshoot your problem (if there is anything to troubleshoot that is).
