# Custom Domain Name Configuration Issue

Dear Community and Support

Wondering why the custom domain configuration setting for the following

1. \_glideauthid
2. @  
became irrelevant and we have to reconfigure with new values.

Right now for some reason the domain verification does not work. Notice that the AAAA is empty and we couldn’t place this value in GoDaddy

To submit a ticket, please follow this: While the app is opened in the builder, select the “?” button at the bottom right. That will bring you to a support page, which currently has an “Open Support Ticket” link.
