# Custom Action called 2 times

Has it happened to someone that a custom action was called 2 times?  
The first time fine, the second time it generates a blank row

My problem is that in the custom action I also send the email, and send the email 2 times

Somehow similar here, the duplicated item appears after creating a new item from a form button (new project) but only in Glide Table and not in the GSheet, instead a blank row the second item (an image) is missing.
