# Crop the image when uploading

Hi Everyone 👋 👋

I need to know is this feature possible with Glide.  
So I want like when a user uploads a image show a cropping setting and when the user crops the image and upload that image that cropped image has to be there.

I agree with @Uzo, as far as I now you cannot have the user select an image, allow the user to crop and then confirm the upload.

Have you considered preset CSS settings? (@hisashi.fujita)

You could also maybe use _Cloudinary_ to do quite a bit of editing of your images. Have you looked into this? There are quite a few topics around Cloudinary, here is one of them.
