# Creating hyperlinks that are active and move away from the Glide App

I am using Employee Directory template. I have modified it to fit my classes for 6-8 grade students. I have placed hyperlinks in the editable sheet . Although I have the layout working the way I want (mostly) when I click on the picture relating to a class it moves to a second screen with my email address (which does work) but when I tap on the hyperlink it does not move out of the app to go to my class web page or sites like SCRATCH, [Code.Org](http://Code.Org), or Kahoot?

What type of component are you using for the link?  
If you want a clickable link, then you should use a [Link Component.](https://docs.glideapps.com/all/topics/components/app-components/buttons/link)
