# 'Create app' button simply doesn't work

Hi,

So when I click ‘Create app’ \> ‘From Google Sheet’ and choose my sheet (with headers and populated data), the loading animation occurs for a while and then afterwards nothing happens - I have no app that is being created.

However, when I create app from a template, it’s no problem.

Terribly sorry that this is such a basic bug - but has anyone faced this before?

Many users have reported this before, can you confirm if one of your extensions in the browser blocked the action?

Yes I searched - I have disabled every single chrome extension and it still doesn’t work.

BTW i just tried something else, maybe will be useful for your team.  
When I do it with my @gmail.com account, it’s fine. However, with a GSuite account, the problem appears.
