Hey all,  
I want to create a text to speech app similar to this [text to speech](https://wavel.ai/solutions/realistic-text-to-speech-online) by Wavel that I’ve been using for quite some time. I want it for my personal use with different accents. But I don’t know where to start.  
Can someone guide me through this?  
I’ve included the link here to the Wavel tool so that you can take a look at it.  
It would be really helpful.
