# Coupon - action creation help - please

Hello,

I have a daily sales sheet which on glide - has a form that adds sales by hand using the form. And recently we created a new coupons for customers.

The problem is: On the form - when the boolean of (use this coupon) is checked - i need to check the coupon’s information as used - which is on different sheet. How can i do this?

I tried to use the action - in the image to make it “checked” - but somehow its not working

If you have a relation to the “different” sheet, you should be able to use a set column action on top of that relation.
