# Counters and warnings in App

Hello my field work logging App allows for photo logging records of construction work and machinery usage, we have the need to count certain types of records and warn when approaching a low threshold for instance prepaid concrete truck deliveries to warm user when prepaid credits are running low, we want the app to keep count of prepaid delivery record and when creating a new record display a messages when we are running low. Ie “remaining prepaid concrete deliveries are only 5 please refill and update prepaid amount” any suggestions?

Is the threshold different for each user? Or is it a standard # for everyone?

Hello, for the moment is the same counter for all users but for shortly will be dependent not on users but of other record fields for instance if record contains “field #1” there will be a different counter than if the record contains “field #2” thanks !!
