Do you have a very large app? How many rows/tables do you have in total?

i have used 67 rows and 24 tables, 42 MB .

Does it save after you reload?  
Also, is your internet connection good quality?

I have seen this error from time to time, but it is usually okay after a reload.

not saving after reload , and internet connection is Good. i am facing the problem since two days.

When you submitted your ticket, you should have received an email confirmation. If you want to know the status of your ticket, you can reply to that email to enquire.
