# Could not load network resources

My colleague had problem opening some of her apps with the error message of “could not load network resources”. Is there anything that we can/should do to avoid this error.

Is her connection stable? Did it happen on Wi-Fi or cellular network? Does it happen with a specific phone brand?

Thx, it is wifi connection and the connection was fine. It seems that the thing go better after a few hours. Should we encountered same issue, I will inform again.
