# Could not load network resources: How to contact support?

How can I contact the support team?  
When I press the support option on the website, i get redirected to a support chat with an AI, and the AI gives me a link for Glide Support, and that second page tells to do what I did on the first place and I end up again on the support chat with the AI

Which subscription plan are you on?  
Glide Support is only provided for Pro Team Subscriptions and higher.

Open your App in the builder, then navigate to Settings → Support.  
Then follow the instructions from there.
