# Copy&Paste multiple columns or components - CTRL or SHIFT

Hi,  
Coming back to basics.  
I’m sure I’m missing a very (VERY) basic trick here. Is there a way to copy&paste multiple selected components?  
Same questions for columns?

For components, I see it’s possible to copy one by one, or copy all. Nothing in the middle.

For columns there’s no copy at all. Just duplicate, but that does assist us with moving between tables.

Update: changing to “Feature request”. It seems I didn’t miss the lack of this basic functionality.  
Would be very useful to have the ability to copy multiple columns or components by holding down CTRL, or SHIFT.  
When copy components, perhaps an option to copy with or without the columns in which their data resides?

Not that I’m aware of, but that would definitely be useful.
