Is there a way to copy sections or pages of an app into another? For example, if I like a page in a template and want to use it as part of another app, Is there a convenient way to do this? I also run into a problem when disigning forms, if I make the mistake of changing the source data, the whole form disappears and I have to start over. is there a way to copy my form container and then replicate that rather than repeatedly losing my work? ---

If something ever disappears after you make a change, you can always use the “Undo” button in the builder (bottom left hand corner). Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to copy components between projects, as they usually have different data sources. I always like to build out “Edit” screens first, as they’ll usually have all the components a form screen might need. That way, I can copy those components from the edit screen & paste them to a form screen.
