Does anyone know if this is the latest solution for converting the first character of string to upper case and the remaining to lower case?

Yeah, that’s the easiest solution if that’s what you are looking for. An alternative is to do it with javascript or maybe an excel formula.

If you don’t want JavaScript or Excel formulas, you could also create a “Lowercase Text” column and then the “Capitalize Text” column.

What would be the point of making everything lowercase first?

Capitalize already lowercases the rest of the string.
