# Confusion with 'Favorites'

I’ve added a Favourite button on the Details page, I’m able to see the favourite status has been saved when I sign out and sign in as the same user. but am I supposed to see a new IsFavorite column in my google spreadsheet that is created automatically? I don’t see any new column added.

this favorite doesn’t need any column is a kind User specific column, but not visible.

This is what I found from Glide library but I can’t see any ‘new column’:

Seeing who favorited an item

When you enable favorites on a list, a new column called Is Favorited gets added to that table in the Data Editor. You can see which items your users have favorited by using the Preview As feature whilst looking at this column.
