# Conditional form buttons based on profile data

Hi,

In my app the user creates a profile which is added to a ‘Profile’ sheet and then has the option to submit reports via a form which goes to a ‘Report’ sheet.

On the form I want to display choice fields that are conditionally visible depending on the data from the profile sheet (i.e. a doctor sees different fields to a nurse). I can’t find an obvious way to do this based on relations/lookups. Any suggestions on how to implement this?
