# Compose email and phone button not working

HI All, I am the newbie on Glide, nice to meet you all.
I am try to build my own app contain the support contact page to my customer, but I find those buttons both not working, would you please correct me.
1. click on the “Compose Email” button, no any reaction, both on web and my iphone
2. added “Phone Button” with information, but the button not appear on app

Hi @mwai , welcome to Glide.
I am guessing the source table of your tab is a Google Sheet. Does your sheet have headers, such as “Email”, “Phone”, … ? Your first row needs to hold column names.

If you click on “Data” next to “Screen” on the left menu does it show anything?

Thank YOU for findings, what I setup is use “Custom” to hardcode the email address and phone number, after follow your suggestion by adding a new row and column in my Google Sheet, with information too, then all working now. 😃
