# Component used for animation image

Please provide details of which component to be used for animated images.is it image or video component.

If it is video,whether the link should be from YouTube?  
Or which way i can stored the video and get accessed in video component.

If you are referring to GIFs as “animated images”, then you should use the image component.

If you want to use a video, use one from YouTube or Vimeo to be safe, or upload them directly to Glide using the file picker component.
