I was wondering what path to take to create a form outside the app to collect compilation data without login.

Is there a reason you don’t want to build the form right in Glide?

If it’s not an option, you can find a way to automate creating a new row in Glide when the form is submitted. It depends on what form hosting service you use, and if you have access to the Glide API.
