I would like my users to be able to edit their profiles. I’m running into 2 issues:

1. When users add missing information into their profiles, it’s creating a completely new profile rather editing the previous one.

2. I’d like to make certain columns user specific, but the “make user specific” option is greyed out.

any ideas?

Thank you

This sounds like you are opening and submitting a form. Forms create a new row. What you want to do is edit a row. You can do this by going to the “View details” page of the profile and then in enable editing:

This can only be enabled when you are adding a new column. User specific columns are stored inside of Glide and not in Google Sheets, so the procedure is a little different.
